Oh Honey , do not be sad it is our fault after all !!

From couple of days the Egyptian people woke up to find themselves in front of a terrible car accident in Down town.

A Saudi girl was  driving in her hammer when she hit in very big speed a taxi car and another 3 Pedestrians at 2 AM. She killed  the taxi driver and two from the pedestrians who turned to be students from Azerbaijan ,the third is currently in the hospital. The taxi driver turned to be an AUC employee who is driving the Taxi as second source for income ,already he got his two parents and his wife with children among them a handicap child to look after.

The accident by the way was in Talaat Harb Street to be accurate.

The lady turned to be drunk according to the medical examination, yes she was DUI.

Of course as an Arab Gulf citizen and especially she is from wealthy family, she had privileges, as usual they offered compensation to the taxi driver family and to the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Cairo in order to drop charges . And the Tax driver family accepted the compensation because already they are in very desperate need in money  , you got old parents , you got wife and children , one of them need extra budget in Egypt .

Now the Saudi Lady is trying to defend herself in front of the Saudi public attacking us and Egyptian media and even Egypt

"Thank you Egypt for all this "

she said to Al-Arabiya

"despite my mother is Egyptian , all our business is in Egypt but still they treated me like a foreigner !!?? "

Baby you got through it because you are a foreigner ,if you are Egyptian , you would be in jail now.

"The media was so mean to me "

You broke the law and killed three persons and you want them to be nice to you !!

"The taxi driver family was blackmailing to me "

For God Sake you killed their father , the man of the house , their only source of income , you made his wife a widow , his kids are now orphans and his parents saw a day they did not want to see to find their son is killed and they had to bury him !!!

and in the end

"I will leave Egypt because I can't take it after all this attack from the media "

Well I doubt that she will return to Saudi Arabia because they do not allow women to drive except in the desert !!

Now Egypt and Egyptians should not be angry when 3 citizens on their land get killed because of a DUI girl screwing around with her hammer, already she paid the compensation what else will make us angry !!??

First of all you must know that lady had special treatment thanks to her embassy .

Second of all in any other respectable country this lady would be behind bars for DUI and murder ,and even if she pays compensation , she will serve time in jail .

What kills me is that this woman or lady or girl does not realize that she killed 3 innocent souls ,she killed people unintentionally yet in the end she killed people and she does not feel how great or how horrible it is to cause  pain to many families . She does not feel any regret or guilt !!

and she is asking why the media is so mean !!?? baby if you did it in another country , respectable civilized country the media will have all the right to hang you .

By the way we are accused to be  racists to the Gulf Arabs especially the Saudis in their media but the problem is that some of them when they come to Egypt , they do not respect the laws and commit stupid things like this girl and then they leave the country as soon as possible thanks to their Embassy. There are dozens of Gulf Citizens who are wanted in front of the Egyptian courts because of DUI and hit& Run accidents which leave behind widows ,orphans and parents who refuse to take compensation. This is why there is an attack on the Saudis and Gulf Citizens when the words of DUI or Hit&Run are mentioned mentioned .

Anyhow good for this lady to leave Egypt , we do not want her either !!

  2. You linked your site to call for fair and independant justice in Egypt. This story is a big insult to the justice system in any country. how did they let her go without criminal charge? even if the victims have been bought, the DUI should have been filed to the extreme. I am not sure how the media in Egypt addressed this crime. They should keep hammering Saudi Arabia for interfering on her behalf without addressing the fundamentals . They place themselve on a superficial religious ground prohibiting wemen from driving, veils, and of course no alcohol drinking . How come they defend their citizens for doing all these "crimes" abroad? Sometime ago,I saw in Egypt one of their Princes drinking "Black Lable Whisky", When he goes back to saudi arabia he became a good Muslim all of a sudden? Give us a break. I hope the Egyptian media will wake up but I doubt it (for so many reasons).

  3. Guys come on...

Saudi and the Gulf is the land of rampant drug use, alcohol abuse, spousal abuse, homosexuality and pedophilia...

The sex trade Zeinobia mentioned in an earlier blog has a substantial market there...

The major problem with the majority muslims today both in the Mideast and abroad is that they are muslims in name only. And they are weak. Spiritually they are weak.

It's why this girl felt no remorse or sadness or empathy or guilt with what happened. She has no conscience.

She lacked the basic humanity that should be found within all of us. Spoiled little rich girl driving a hummer daddy bought her no doubt.

I'm glad the taxi driver's family got some financial compensation. The probably didn't get what they deserved and they knew there would be no justice served.

In the West, the penalties for drunk drivers are not that harsh either. It's a big problem here. Same with driving while taking drugs. They might do a bit of jail time but mostly they are fined. It's a joke here as well.

What I want to know is, does any crime committed by a foreigner get swept under the carpet or is just rich foreigners?

There's no justice in the Gulf either. That poor french kid that got gang raped by gay HIV infected Emiratis didn't get justice. He just got violated, traumatized and possibly a death sentence.

  4. Regardless of her religion or nationalitY, i believe that this girl reflects herself only

Anyway, for justice we should not judge the religion or the country by her careless actions

    thats my opinion ^^

  5. @loudlaughter , I was going to comment about this later.

@Ohio, do not blame the judicial system , most judges do not like how she is leaving the country , it is a gap in the law that does not impose more serious sanctions on DUI.The media covered the inciden as usual in a way that made the girl mad as you see but it is not enough if she could go away with it , the gap is in the law not in the media , the compansation or the Dia is not enough even in Islam as she was driving DUI, she was drunk , a gap in the law and a gap in the regime which permitted that a foreigner would have a special treatment than the native even if he or she kills the native.

@N.American , you are right in what you said , about the question you asked well dear this is the rule for most foreigners , their embassies help them to get away as soon as possible especially if they are Europeans or from the Gulf or from America .it is not rich foreigners
The french kid would not have got his right back if his mother did not stand and made the world knew about it , by the way he managed to get away from the death sentence thanks to the French pressure only
it is not strange that there is injustice in their country , already they do not like to be imposed on them abroad
@Wanna change, I agree with you that Justice is blind , but here we don't ask that she will be judged because she is from country x or she is from y religion followers , all what we ask is justice , the problem in our case that the embassy of this girl and the media of her country is helping her so much despite she killed 3 persons as if she did nothing at all , as if we accused her by mistake just because she is saudi

  6. Sorry, I can’t comprehend. Three peoples got killed with a driver DUI. Outside the DUI issue how the justice system closes the file regarding the three victims. Either they have been killed by someone to be charged, or it is their mistake, or it is a natural disaster like earthquake (maybe?). Something has to be written in the police and justice file (what exactly!!!??). Something in the Egyptian law has to be referred to what exactly? Then, you can see that it is a big insult to the justice system.

  7. @Ohio, do you know what is the meaning of the Dia or
    الدية
it is a system where the murderer can pay a big money sum to the victim's family on the condition that he killed the person unintetionally in return the victim's family forgive him and thus the charges will be dropped in case if they accepted, just like the case here , the girl was drunk but she did not intend to kill
this is from the Islamic sharia
yet nowadays it is being used by Mafias , already as you see the girl is not regerting or sad
I am not a legal expert but I believe we got here two crimes , the murder which is over due to the Dia system and the second crime which is DUI , here is the gap in the civil law , no strong penatlies for DUI
already now the Saudis are responding very strongily as there is a campagin from the embassy to clear the girl's image and their image , saying that there is a compagin against them and that the girl was not drunk and she was not driving a hammer !!
well if she is not drunk ,it will be much worse for her
already they did not say what she was doing in the street 2 am !!??
